Terms of Service
Last updated September 12, 2026
Short version: we write and send personal emails on your behalf, from your Gmail, on dates you choose. You are the sender and you are responsible for what goes out. Here is the longer version.
The service
DontRemember generates email drafts using AI from the details you provide and sends them through your connected Gmail account at the scheduled time. Drafts are generated the night before and you can edit, regenerate or skip any of them until send time.
You are the sender
Every email goes out from your address, in your name. You are responsible for the content, for having a legitimate relationship with each recipient, and for complying with laws that apply to email you send. Do not use DontRemember to contact people who have asked you not to.
AI-written text can be wrong or awkward. Review drafts when we notify you. We are not liable for the content of an email you allowed to send.
Plans and billing
Free includes one person with unlimited dates. Plus is $10 per year, billed yearly, and includes unlimited people. Cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid year. No refunds for partial years unless required by law.
Acceptable use
No harassment, spam, impersonation of someone other than yourself, or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the people it emails.
Availability
We aim to send every email on time, in the recipient's timezone. Gmail quotas, provider outages or revoked tokens can prevent a send. If a send fails we tell you right away so you can send it yourself. We are not liable for a missed date.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes are emailed to you 14 days before they apply. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
