DontRemember stores the people and dates you add, writes emails from the facts you give us, and sends them through your own Gmail account. This page explains exactly what we keep, why, and how to make us forget it.
What we collect
Your account: name, email address and profile picture from Google sign-in, your timezone, sign-off name and tone preferences.
Your people: the names, email addresses, relationships, dates and facts you enter about them. These people have not signed up for anything, so we treat their data as yours and never contact them except to deliver the email you scheduled.
Sending: a copy of every email we generate and send, its status, and the Gmail message ID, so you can see exactly what went out.
Usage: basic product analytics (pages viewed, features used) with no email content attached.
How we use it
To write the emails. The facts and dates you enter are sent to an AI model to produce a draft. Providers are contractually barred from training on this data.
To send the emails, at the time you chose, from your Gmail address.
To notify you before and after a send. Never for marketing to the people you add.
Gmail access
We request the gmail.send scope only. It lets us create and send messages from your account. It does not let us read, search, list, modify or delete anything in your mailbox.
Refresh tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only at send time. Revoke access anytime in Settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions; sending stops immediately.

What we never do
Sell or rent your data. Share the people you add with anyone. Train AI models on your emails. Send an email you did not schedule.
Retention and deletion
Deleting a person removes their facts, dates and unsent drafts immediately. Sent emails are kept in your history unless you delete them.
Deleting your account removes everything within 30 days and revokes our Gmail token. Emails already sent stay in your Gmail Sent folder, because you sent them.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data from Settings at any time, or email us and we will do it within 7 days.
